The accuracy of gas concentration measurements using a laser spectrometer critically depends on the quality of its calibration. In mass production of spectrometers, traditional calibration methods that require operator intervention lead to subjective errors, increased setup time, and instability of results. In this paper, a fully automated method for calibrating tunable diode laser absorption spectrometers is proposed, eliminating the influence of the human factor and ensuring standardization of the process for mass production. The method is based on the use of reference gas mixtures with precisely known concentrations, algorithms for adaptive adjustment of laser parameters, and automated processing of spectral data. The proposed method for automatic calibration of tunable diode laser absorption spectrometers allows standardizing the process for mass production and increasing the reliability of measurements for CH4, C2H4, and C2H6 gases. Experimental testing on N₂/CH₄ mixtures showed that the proposed approach provides a calibration error of no more than 2 %, which meets the requirements of industrial monitoring. The method opens up new opportunities for the mass production of diode laser absorption spectrometers. The article also presents the prospects for the development of technology.
